returns & exchange
Good Stuff Co. will accept returns on all unused, undamaged, non stained, non dirty products, All pens should not be used and should have the red seal on its tip. It should be received in the original packaging and in original condition. Exceptions may apply.
Personalised and or customised products cannot be returned.
1.1 How to Return
To submit a return, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the details of your return request. Our team member will connect with you once the email has been received. He will guide you step by step to follow for your refund.
1.2 Maximum Time Limit for Returns
A request to return an item must be made within 2 calendar days of the products(s) being received by you.
1.3 Refund against Returns
1.3.1 The return can be refunded to you in one of two ways:
(1) Free replacement of the product with another product of equal or lower value.
(2) A refund in the original form or bank transfer.
1.3.2 If the credit card used in connection with the purchase is expired or invalid, we will issue a cheque in the name of the buyer which will be sent to the billing or delivery address on the credit card, after due verification.
1.3.3 If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will be refunded for the actual amount paid at time of purchase.
1.3.4 The cost of shipping will not be refunded.
1.3.5 You will have to courier us at your charge the goods back to our warehouse.
1.4 Products to be shipped at our Warehouse
Once we receive the goods at our warehouse, post inspection we process the refund usually within 7 working days.
